The General Directorate of Iron and Steel complex “Sider El Hadjar” announced in a statement the signing of an agreement with the Iron Ore Company of the East (MFE) for the regular supply of iron ore to the Complex.

 The agreement was signed by the General Manager of Sider El Hadjar (a subsidiary of Sider Complex, a subsidiary of Imetal ), Lotfi Kamal Manea, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Larbi Hassan and the President General Manager of the Iron Ore Company for the East, Mohand Idir Mozaia, in the presence of the officials from both sides.

 The agreement stipulates the supply of iron ore in an orderly and permanent manner to Sider El Hadjar Complex with a commitment to the agreed quantity and quality, and this is under the program planned in the three-year contract 2021-2023, according to the statement published by Sider El Hadjar Complex on its official Facebook page.

 On the other hand, the National Railway Transport Company confirmed its readiness to provide all the necessary means for the success of the transfer of iron ore from Boukhadra and Wunza mines to the Iron and Steel Complex in Sider El Hadjar.
