The iron and steel complex Tosyali Algeria (Oran) achieved export revenues exceeding $800 million during the first nine months of 2022.

Member of the Board of Directors Alp Topkyoglu said in a statement to the APS that Tosyali Company had exported more than 1.1 million tonnes of iron products, with a slight increase compared to the same period last year, with a value exceeding 800 million dollars.

These products, represented in particular by reinforcing steel, wires, steel balls, corrosion-resistant spiral pipes, and others, were exported from the ports of Oran, Arzew, and Mostaganem to countries from Europe, North America, Latin America, and Africa.

Tosyali Company aspires to export 1.5 million tonnes of various iron products and reach $1 billion in export revenues during the current year, knowing that more than $700 million in revenues were achieved during the past year from its export activities, according to the same source.

The Complex also seeks, during the year 2023, to export about 3 million tonnes of iron products while meeting the needs of the local market, according to a member of the board of directors.
