US crude oil prices rose today, Wednesday, to their highest levels since 2014, amid global concerns about energy supplies on the back of signs of tight crude, natural gas and coal markets
US West Texas Intermediate crude rose to $79.47 a barrel, the highest since November 2014.
Brent crude also rose 0.8 percent, or 66 cents, to $83.22 a barrel, close to its highest level in three years, which it recorded in the last session.
