The General Establishment for Foreign Trade was created by virtue of Decree 120 of 2003 stipulating the merging of six foreign trade establishments (food, textile, cars, minerals, pharmacy, and Ghouta) under the name of the General Establishment for Foreign Trade, including that this establishment replaces the aforementioned foreign trade establishments, and is considered a trader in its relationship With others, it undertakes import and export tasks.
