About the Economic Committee 

It is a committee established by the Arab Iron and Steel Union in 2018 concerned with the economic situation of the Arab countries and its impact on the volume of steel production and consumption in the Arab countries. It issues semi-annual reports to meet the requirements of the market needs of information for the development of the iron and steel industry in the Arab world.

 

 

The committee consists of 12 members from 12 Arab countries, and they are:

    Kuwait

 

    United Arab Emirates

 

    Saudi Arabia

 

    Jordan

 

    Libya

 

    Tunisia

 

    Morocco

 

    Qatar
