During September 2026, Emirates Steel Group witnessed a series of milestones and achievements that reflected its growing strategic presence and progress in the fields of sustainability, operational development, and corporate communication. The Group received recognition among the best companies in the Arab region for 2026, as published by TIME magazine, the global American news magazine, in collaboration with Statista, a company specializing in data, statistics, and market research. It also won the Silver Award at the Transform Awards Middle East & Africa 2026 for its sustainability initiative.
On the operational level, the Group continued to develop training programs using virtual reality crane simulators in its steel plants, supporting the development of employee skills and enhancing training efficiency. The month’s activities also included executive management visits to completed infrastructure projects within the Etihad Rail network.
In line with strengthening internal communication, the Group organized a number of introductory tours and council sessions for various departments, alongside the ‘One Team’ event, fostering interaction and collaboration among work teams.
