Rebar prices in Egypt witnessed a notable rise today across most factories, with several producers recording sharp increases in their per-ton prices, while others maintained stability.
Ezz Steel maintained its price at EGP 38,200 per ton with no change from previous days, while Suez Steel dropped by EGP 200 to record EGP 37,900 per ton. In contrast, Beshay Steel increased by EGP 300, reaching EGP 37,800 per ton.
Meanwhile, El Marakby Steel posted a significant rise of EGP 2,100, bringing its price to EGP 37,500 per ton, while Egyptian Steel remained stable at EGP 38,000 per ton, and Garhy Steel held steady at EGP 35,500 per ton.
Ashry Steel recorded an increase of EGP 2,000, reaching EGP 35,200 per ton, while Misr Steel jumped by EGP 3,800, settling at EGP 35,500 per ton.
In addition, El Komy Steel rose by EGP 3,800 to record EGP 37,500 per ton, while El Ola Steel climbed by EGP 3,500 to EGP 35,500 per ton. Finally, Al Gioshy Steel registered an increase of EGP 3,000, bringing its price to EGP 35,000 per ton.
