The Arab Iron and Steel Union participated in the AIST MENA Iron and Steel Technology Conference, organized by the AIST MENA Iron and Steel Technology Association from 6-7 June 2023.
The Union also participated as the only Arab media partner, believing in its societal role in supporting the iron and steel industry in all fields.
The conference dealt with several topics on the iron and steel industry in Egypt and the Middle East about green steel and EAF development and advanced technologies, which can significantly reduce carbon emissions during the steel-making process.
As well as the latest applications of continuous casting techniques and how to improve efficiency in steel production.
