The Libyan Minister of Economy and Trade issued Resolution No. 300 of 2021, which bans the export of “scrap” in all its forms and types.
The decision issued on Monday (August 16, 2021 AD) stated that the ban includes “scrap, scrap and scrap, light iron ingots, cast iron and pressed scrap (cars), iron manufactured from carbon (pallet and veins), as well as waste of sanitary materials and their scraps, used counters, and refrigerant waste. the cars).
It is noteworthy that the Ministry had allowed at the beginning of the year 2021 AD the export of scrap material in accordance with certain regulations.
