Today, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, witnessed the launch ceremony of the Banan project in the Al-Fursan suburb of Riyadh, in the presence of Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company, and Hisham Talaat Mustafa. Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Talaat Mustafa Group – Saudi Arabia”
This step comes in implementation of the agreement signed between the National Housing Company (NHC) and the “Saudi Talaat Mustafa Group” on the sidelines of the Cityscape International Exhibition last September.
The Banan project will provide more than 27,000 housing units, including villas and apartments, for Saudi families of different and varied sizes, on a project area of 10 million square metres, of which 40% will be vast open green spaces. The project will be multi-use as it includes integrated services with a sustainable quality of life, such as health, educational and commercial services, a sports club and public service areas, so that the project will be a smart residential city with integrated services.
