According to the prices announced in the global steel markets, scrap prices reached $438/tonne, down by $2 from last week, and iron ore prices $120/tonne, down by $7 from last week, while steel billet prices ranged between $555-$600 per tonne, which were between $575 – $620 per tonne in the first week of April. The rebar steel prices were $680 – $700 /tonne, however, $710 – $730 /tonne last week.
Some iron and steel products prices were not obtained due to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
