China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) announced that in late July (July 21-31) this year. The average total daily raw steel production of large and medium-sized steel companies in China – all members of the association – is 2.1356 million tonnes. 4.99% compared to mid-July (July 11-20) this year.
In mid-July this year, the total daily crude steel production of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China averaged 2.2478 million tonnes. An increase of 0.33% compared to early July (July 1-10) this year.
Inventory levels of large and medium-sized steel companies in China decreased in the period as of July 31. The final steel inventory of large and medium-sized steel companies in China was 14.4871 million tonnes, down 7.54% from July 20.
