Ambassador Muhammadi Ahmed Al-Ni, the new Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity of the League of Arab States, began his work in the library of the General Secretariat, where he held a series of meetings with the cadres of the Council to find out the latest developments in the work of the Council entrusted with it to achieve Arab economic integration.
The Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity affirmed that he will make every effort to promote this ancient Arab edifice to reach a high position in Arab economic work.
It is noteworthy that Ambassador Mohammadi Ahmed El-Nany held several national and international positions, including the economic expert of the Arab Corporation for the Guarantee of Investment and Export Credit in Kuwait. He also worked in various departments and offices of the Mauritanian Ministry of Economy for a long time. He has distinguished studies in many Arab and international institutes and centers specialized in the field of economy, investment, and economics. The new Secretary-General also has a great economic sense and has contributions and insights in supporting and developing joint Arab projects with the aim of completing the council’s march and achievements at the level of all Arab and African countries.
